Technology / 15-18: Achiral Peptoids and Variations for Treating Alzheimer Disease Inventor: Shannon L. Servoss, Melissa A. Moss, James Phillip Turner Jr. Status: This invention is available for licensing General Description Alzheimer‚ disease is a devastating disease that progressively robs the memory and the mental abilities of the patient. New peptoids have been created, by the University of Arkansas, that prevent the aggregation of the beta amyloids, and may break up existing amyloids.
