This technology provides a method for low frequency hydrophone calibration. The ability to monitor underwater acoustics allows for applications such as tracking whale activity, military purposes, and at very low frequencies, the assessment of earthquakes, underwater landslides, and turbidity currents. This technology provides a full end to end digital calibration at acoustic frequencies as low as 0.001 Hz and at hydrostatic pressures of at least 5000 psi. Aislinn Sirk uvicilo@uvic.ca 250.721.6500
